gino, one thing to remember about man-press or zone-press is that you need to practice BOTH press and the other defense (man or zone). This means that you either need to spend more time on the sets (so less in individual) ... OR ... your defensive IQs will grow less than the offensive ones.

I haven't done it enough to know which is best. I am playing zone-press on the team I just signed up for in Allen ... and the guy who had them before me had 28 minutes assigned between the 2 defensive practice times and 20 minutes on the offensive practice time.

There is your prestige, which effects which players will even listen to your recruiting attempts, and how much impact those attempts have vs someone else's attempts.

Everyone sees the same recruits, but some DII recruits might show up on your DIII screen if you're a strong enough DIII team, for instance. But remember, anyone can recruit any player - DIII schools have no chance with the really good players, but they can still see them and at least try to recruit them.
