Explain this to me...
I'm am the last 8 seed in the PI (I'm ok with that).
I am playing my 1st round game against a 1 seed.

I am FAVORED by 1 point?!?!

The SIM engine creates the seeds and creates the point spread. If it thought I was the better team in the matchup, shouldn't are seeds be at least a little closer?

As I said above, I am fine with my seed, I mostly just find it humorous that as the 8 seed, I am favored in my first round matchup. Weird.

We learned a long time ago that the betting odds part of the game was broken. Don't pay any attention to it.

Seriously. The ones that always made me laugh were when one team was favored by 80+ points and were averaging less than that per game for the season........

Odds are generated by player ratings and game performance, seeding is based upon results.
