Do "A" prestige (DIII) teams have any success pulling down DII's from beyond 70 miles from campus site?

Does the 70 mile range apply to transfers too?

Yes. All you need is the backup message and he can be yours.

You dont have to have an A prestige to pulldown recruits from outside 70 miles. Its just with an A prestige you can get a higher quality of recruit.
