A couple recruiting questions because I have seemed to have lost the touch landing the 'all-americans'. What are some things you guys have tried to pull down a prospect listing you as a back-up? I have tried minutes and HVs, but its all been rejected. I'm afraid to try a CV because I heard a while back there's a chance it gets rejected but you don't get the money back (is this true?). Also, I can't promise a start because I have 3 seniors (could promise a start as soph, but that option is not available yet).
Also, how many phone calls/letters do you veterans send per cycle for guys you really want?
Are schollies good to offer early when you are still a back-up to get them interested, or better to wait until they have dropped to you to offer one?
