Recruiting carryover for JUCO’s Topic

So I had an ineligible sign but go JUCO on me; the amount of money I spent on him this season is still showing up on the budget screen, but my question is does all of that recruiting effort carry over to the following season, or only a portion. If it's a portion, does anyone know roughly how much?

either 50% or 25% - I have seen each reported with vigor.....I'm sure it does carryover and help a lot
