how do i redshirt a player Topic

i can't find anywhere to do it at I've read the faq and it explains what it is but doesn't say how to designate someone

Go to the office tab. When it lists your roster, it should have the word "redshirt" next to each player that has yet to be redshirted. I think you still have to have at least one season of in this world in order to redshirt anyone.
