Is there a minimum prestige you need to pull down a recruit? If I'm at a D2 school, do I have any chance at pulling down the lowest d1 kids?

There is no minimum. And yea, you can pull down pretty much anybody who gives you the back up option until about 540ish overall with the lowest prestige in div II.
