or you could bookmark the "My Team Results" page directly, which I assume is the next page you'd be clicking into if going to My Teams and all that. Saves a few clicks.

And I agree on reading the pbp, there's some low-level suspense that builds as a close game progresses imo. This does make it a bit funner, for me at least.

i definitely read the pbp. if its a blow out it goes quick, if its close i go through it slower. it only takes 5 minutes or so and definitely improves the game experience. I thought most did this also. i didn't know there was so many out there that just opened up the boxscore.

people open the boxscore? i thought they just checked the score on the schedule page :)

i personally switch through all 3 modes as time allows and as my excitement for the current season changes. late in the NT, i almost always read the pbp. early in the season, i rarely have spent the 20 minutes to set my team up, so i just check my record at the top of the page from time to time and if it gets bad enough, i figure its time to intervene. then in conf play i usually check the box scores, but sometimes not even that much. i do think reading the pbp of big games makes them a lot more enjoyable.

Skimming it for fatigue on switches, sure. Checking the last couple of minutes in a tight game, OK. Going back through the pbp because you're specifically looking for bugs/anomalies after something in the box score catches your attention, absolutely.

But systematically reading every single line of every pbp? Really? To each his own, I guess, but just thinking about doing that bores me to tears.

Yep, 100% agreed. The only times I ever even glance at the pbp are the exact two scenarios you hit on above.

But obviously some people do and enjoy it, so to each his own.

I think it depends on how many teams you have. Some poeple have 5-10 teams and there is no time for reading the pbp. If you only have 1 and are trying to maximize your entertainment dollar so to speak, then reading the pbp makes sense.

In any case I think that seble has put in a fix to correct the pbp so this should be finished.
