Strange, the last four seasons I win 19, 19, 26 and slipped to 17 last season with 5 freshmen and get my first booster complaining status? What is that all about?

One win in the PIT in your one appearance in the postseason, in the last five years. That's what it's all about.

Also, the Hokey Pokey.

have to have good RPIs and postseason appearances to keep a D1 job. not about wins, it's about postseason success.

thanks for the input

hmmm

that does seem a bit extreme to me for a mid-low level d1 job.

i think the firing process is not nearly hard enough on the coaches at the elite jobs and, based on this info, may be a little too hard on the little guys.

Time to man up and put together a real schedule. If you keep playing schedules that are half sims and half crappy-to-mediocre human teams, this is what you're going to end up with.

Your team is talented enough to make the postseason, you're just not giving yourself a chance with that schedule.

Oh so true. And coachs that take over the runts of the power conferences.

I have to agree with both Dalter and Doomey (what in the hell is the world coming to)? The one postseason in five seasons that Doomey stated is probably the correct answer. And as Dalter said, you've got enough talent on that team to make the big dance.

Quick glance, it looks like your conference is pretty weak, so you've got to make up for that in the non-conference portion of your schedule. I wouldn't schedule any Sim teams at all. In general, they are RPI killers. Because of the weakness of your conference, I would personally try to schedule the best human coached teams that will give you a game. Don't get out of control though, schedule teams that you have a chance to beat or it kind of defeats the purpose. And if you can get road games, that's even better. You may end up going 5-5 (or even a bit worse) during non-conference play, but you'll see a dramatic improvement in your RPI if you do this. Hope this helped........
