If your team's success relies on the FR you are currently recruiting, then you are going to suck whether you use FSS or not

Is FSS as critical in DII as in DI?

It's more critical in DII than DI. In DI, you have many more players with high ratings -- you don't really need to know a guy's potential if he's coming in at 85 or 90 in a category.

on the other hand, in DI if you dont have a team/budget/boosters/recruiting skills to fill your roster with kids who start at 85, being able to find the kids who start at 65 and will end up at 90 is kinda nice....

mets, don't you see what's happening right now ... everyone is supposd to agree with me.

Your statement is obviously correct. The difference is that's true of basically every recruit at the lower levels, and of only some recruits at DI (and for comparitively few at high-level DI).
