Are practice cycles at the same time as recruiting cycles?

Is there anything special I have to do (other than set practice plans) to have my squad practice?

And how long after recruiting ends does practice begin?

Nothing else to do, z. Just periodically check below your roster to see how everyone is developing. You will also get emails from your AC telling you when someone is maxed out in a category.

Practices generally run within about an hour after the games cycle. It will happen automatically.

yep, practices run after every game until maybe the semi finals of the CT. Then no more practice for anyone. (during PT/NT)
