1. Can you demote players from the 25 man roster that are injured? (have options)

2. Is there anywhere that tells you when a guy will be elgible to be removed from the DL. (without looking at the transaction date when they were added and counting forward)

assuming you haven't added him to the DL. i did that with a guy who was lost for the season in ST, so i wouldn't burn a year of his eligibility.
