The rankings in Smith changed after one game. While I'm fine with now being ranked thanks to this, I can't help but wonder if this was supposed to happen with the new engine or if this was another glitch/error (the more obvious answer)?

Even if it's supposed to happen, please explain to me why in the team profiles under the schedule tab the rankings all appear wrong.

For example in my team profile under the schedule tab, my opponent from my first game is listed as being #14 whereas if you click open his profile he is listed as being unranked.

I would bet he WAS 14th when you played him, and thus is listed as 14 on your schedule, but is unranked NOW - due to that loss to you. I believe on teh schedule it lists what the opponent was ranked when you played them.

a_in_the_b is 100% accurate with this. Also you will see that the rankings of the teams you haven't played did change.
