Full court press is more of a situational defense. You should give a lot of fouls and you should get tired quickly compared to the other team. if you are both using FCP then shooting % should drop, turnovers increase, and fouls should increase as players reach.

49 PF's to 9 PF's in my afternoon tark game, 8 guys from one team fouled out, two must have come back in with 6 PF's, sent in a ticket, not sure what to say, so I won't say anything - the team with 49 PF's tried to FCP a superior team, I will say that much

I'm glad teams with lacking Speed and Athleticism are getting their ***** kicked trying to press.

Coaches running a press would probably be wise to experiment with the foul trouble aggressiveness drop down. Although even that probably would not have helped in OR's game mentioned above.

I don't understand how that would help. Foul trouble aggressiveness means that a player in foul trouble stays in the game, instead of leaving. Right?

Al, I'm not saying to use that feature to limit the number of fouls you will commit. Just saying that it would be wise to take a look at your settings because with the press causing more fouls, it might be nice to have a tool that could minimize the risk of your players fouling out (i.e. setting players to "less aggressive").

But maybe I'm misinterpreting the value of that feature?

Or if you set it to less aggressive, it would mean a quicker hook.
