How do you cut players from your team and when can you do it. Do you get additional money to fill those scholarships?

you can do it from the day recruiting starts until the signing period. You don't get money to fill the scholarships of those you have cut.

and you can not cut players who you signed this year.

not to nit-pick, but that would be impossible to do, ugwar, since you can't cut players after signings start anyway.

crap, sim offered me 3 freshmen to fill my class, since I had 9 schollies open and only 6 are allowed per class (which I didn't realize). I guess I should have just let those 3 spots be filled by walkons.

if you have 9 schollies open, u can sign 6 frosh and then sign 3 transfers. thats what i did my first year.

usually as a last resort you can get a senior transfer, those are pretty easy to get to fill a larger class.
