I start adding guys to my "Watch List" as soon as the Exhibition games begin. Usually by than they've updated the list of new guys for next season and have added the guys from this season who went JUCO. The only guys who won't be there are the guys who transfer at the end of the season. FSS is definitely worth it, but you have to be careful how you spend your money on it. You want to buy blocks of it (as in 3/4 or 6/7 state groups). This way you get the discount for buying in blocks. You won't know which states to add unless you start your recruiting now by adding guys to your watch list.
As far as Game Planning goes, I wouldn't know unless I knew how you've set your specifics up. You can site mail me if you want about it. The one thing I can notice from looking at your team page and looking at your stats, you have way to many guys shooting 3pt shots. The only 2 guys you want from this specific team shooting 3's is your 2 SG's. Everyone elses Perimeter rating is crap. In a pinch you might add your PG's if you had to, they're borderline. Your IQ's don't look to bad except for your Freshman. I would individual game plan & concentrate my shots with the 2 Centers with your distrobution and not let any of your Freshman take any. I would also slow your Tempo down to normal from uptempo.
As far as your line up, I'd switch it around a little, but that I'll answer in a site mail for you.
