As has been stated numerous times in this discussion, our "problem" would be fixed if FI coaches did not re-sign for less than they made the previous year and/or if all coaches were tossed into an unsorted pool together so we could determine the position they deserve and their true market value.
The developers' challenge to the unsorted pool idea, however, is making that less daunting and confusing to new owners. They would have to come up with a way to walk them through the process, because it takes a little experience to know which coaches to hire for each job.
