My definition of athleticism probably differs from that of HD. I actually think there is room for improvement--agility drills, etc--so I probably was too quick to make that comment.
For me it's reaction time, eye-hand, speed, agility, power, jumping ability, the ability to start and stop and change direction, and balance are a few things that come to my mind.
I know HD isn't that in-depth because speed and durability are separate categories.
