Can you win with a lower budget? Topic

This is a follow up question to my last. Can you win a world series with a player budget of $75 million by having a good minor league system or is it better just lower your other areas and buy players yankee style?

Ive noticed most teams that I see winning the world series have player salary budgets of 120M area

Absolutely. With a roster full of young guys I've seen teams with budgets far south of $75 million be some of the top teams in the league.

I've seen teams win with $20 mil payrolls. The main they do is not fall in love with any of their players and trade them when they hit arb eligible for prospects.

In Edmonds I am well on my way to my 7th straight playoff appearance. My salaries for those 7 seasons range from $54.2M to $69.4M so it is possible have a playoff caliber team long term with a moderate salary although I only have 1 World Series victory in the previous 6 playoff appearances.
