Since you are probably on probation for 1 year, that will extend into next season. Thus, your prestige will not change for next season. At the end of next season, if you are successful, your prestige should move up again.
Your reputation will recover more slowly. I am now in my full 3rd season since I was first placed on probation, or a total of 4, counting the season that I was caught with boosters. I have just moved up to an OK reputation after staying at an F for the previous 2 seasons and moving up to a C for the 3rd season. I am at a B- now.
You look at my Syracuse team to get an ideal of what you might need to do and it was my first and only time I tried to use boosters as well.
