I would say that this makes the Redshirt more valuable again. Perhaps with a redshirt a player might be able to peak a little earlier - and witha slower rate, that coudl mean somethign

Curious about this thread. I'm only 10 games into my first season here. I have one player who's added 20 pts to his OVR. More than 1/2 of my team (2 SR and 1 JR) have added 10+. Is this normal? Based upon what I'm seeing, it looks like it's a little better than average, but not at the top - DIII Iba.
