So, who gets to play the point - a kid with A's for offensive and defensive IQ, but weak BH or a kid with all the right numbers for a PG but C+ IQ's

the kid with the A's would play SG if he isnt at the point, but I worry about the ballhandling

I think I would go with the guy with all the right numbers... (which I would like to see :))

This.

I would look at it like this. The guy with the better IQ is going to have TO problems because of the low BH and the guy with the better numbers may have TO problems because of low IQ. However, IQ won't max out on you, like I assume the first guy's BH rating has.
