i understand that but i've written 4 messages and haven't heard from them since 3:37 pm. they may not like the tone of my message, but they also shouldn't ignore the problem. fourty mins til the 8pm session and all i get is silence
Geez Costanza, cool it. They say they respond to tickets within 24 hours and they aren't waiting with bated breath to answer some turd like you that curses them out because you presume that something is wrong...hell I don't even curse them out, putz. No everything may not be perfect, but my God, have some decorum.
