Pro-tip for n00bs like myself: make sure you go to the Player Settings page and update the pitch-count settings for pitchers you've just drafted before they throw. I put a few starting pitchers in HiA / LoA out of the draft, and they all threw complete games between 150-180 pitches. :/ I didn't think about changing their settings because my other HiA / LoA settings were already set. Just be heads up!
