Draft Prospect Question Topic

So I'm looking at a player for the draft, and he's projected to have awesome pitching ratings:

Control Vs L2 Vs R3 Velocity GB/FB P1 P2 P3 P4 P5
100 100 83 97 0 90 76 74 71 45

So I'm curious about the GB/FB setting.  Will a 0 in that stat really matter if the rest of his ratings pan out (I'm in somewhat of a hitters park)?  Also, how reliable are pre-draft projected ratings.  Thanks!

If you're in a + homer par, you aren't going to get what you'd expect. 

Pre-draft ratings are determined by your HS/College scouting budget.

Does how much money you have set aside for HS/Coll effect anything but how many prospects you see?  Better question is, if you have only 5 mill for HS scouting, does this mean you see exactly what those prospects are going to become in a perfect world but you just see a lot less prospects?

No, the ratings could be way off. I had a guy that projected to be a 74 overall and when i drafted him and had him on my roster he was actually projected to be about a 62, because my HS/College scouting sucked

*If* the projections are accurate and he hits them, he's a stud, regardless of GB/FB.

The lower the budget the less accurate your projections will be for the players you do see...all things being equal
