you really think people would hold grudges? maybe in a few cases but i don't think it would too dramatic
i've seen very public debates in world chats about awards voting with owners stating who they were voting for...i feel like if an owner can justify his position in a reasonable manner no one begrudges him this....
regardless it would probably increase "voter turnout" a bit...this would also really help for the hall of fame voting, which doesn't assign default votes (with good reason)
