Tecwrg, you are a mystery. Don't understand why you are so loyal to little mikey.
Funny.

Two of my thee HBD teams are the Apollos and the Mystery? All I need now is for you to make a reference to filth.

the new forum allows you to block people and it works very well....MikeT23 was the first one I blocked and now enjoy the forum again....BLOCKED!!!...LMFAO

According to a post from a site admin in another forum, users who get blocked too much will be banned from the forums.   MikeT23 will probably be the first to go and won't be around much longer. Don't sweat it and ignore them.

Funny, Apollo has been blocked almost as much. Myself, I don't block anyone, because well, it's a freakin' forum. Grow a thicker skin or don't open up certain threads.

Here is the inside scoop.  Fox put a bunch of money in the site and expect to see growth.   New business plans calls for major upgrades to all games.  You are already seeing some of the upgrades.  Hoops just got a big upgrade, this game just got a pretty big upgrade with more on the way, and the forums just got a face lift.  To increase enrollment, Fox has been putting up advertising and also wants the game more new user friendly.  Part of that is getting rid of what they have identified as a problem element within certain games.  The new favs and blocks charting system is a tool for the admins to use as justification for muzzling and/or removing this element.  Like I said, just wait and people like MikeT23 will soon be gone from the forums for sure and possibly from the site altogether.

This sounded more charming in the original German.

Hehe.  We do this EVERY summer.   I've always assumed it was kids out of school but maybe it's just seasonal workers who have summers off.

Somebody picks a fight.  Someone whose never been around the forums.  They get their panties all wadded up because I say something like "That's a stupid idea."   They take it as a personal attack on their manhood.    Almost every one of them explains how they'd kick my *** if we ever met.  They blather on for days, sometimes weeks, and then disappear.

Last year was blackmamba.

Should Winnipeg and Quebec City get a team back from a failing market?
6/25/2010 11:34 AM
