Our league will be recruiting in 2 weeks?  My team is 10-16.  Need 2 recruits for next season.I know that we will not get the kids in the 430 range or higher.  So should I look at players  at 380 to 400 range? I know to stay close at home.

Welcome any help from veteran coaches. Look at my team and e-mail me .Tell me what I did wrong, I know this team is better than this.Got to be the coach.

Looks like you are aiming higher than that right now and have some considering you. . .

get FSS for your state and scour D II recruits for best potential in core attributes depending on what positions you need and try to pull down the best of them. I know new recruits are different, but I'd think even with C-/D+ prestige you'd be able to better than 380...

got the FSS for my state.  there is one D-2 kid ,who said he wanted to stay close to home . but with our record?  would be hard to get a player like that?  right?

look at cores, overall rating can be quite decieving.  you can (usually) find good players with low non core scores that are better than higher rated overall players.  don't be afraid to take one of those guys.

anyone wanna take a look at my first ever attempt at recruiting and let me know what they think?

just know i went based off potential knowing i'm not going to be a winner right away... I went by FFS and confirmed the high potentials with scouts...

and i know i had one schollie left, i made a bad move and ran out of cash....

i also was impatient and didn;t want to see if i could get a pull down...

both learning moments
