I usually go to the World Office tab to start looking at my teams and there is a lot of wasted screen space in the black area that starts with Commissioner notes. Split the "Commissioner notes" piece and display half on one side of the screen and half on the other. That will give more space below to expand the Inbox and Chat and show more of their contents.
Also, in the Commissioner notes space, you have 9 lines now and if you show 5 on each side you have room for one more line. Make that a line that shows when the game last processed. AM Cycle Part 1 has ended is very cryptic to me, if you said the game last processed at 3:24AM, I can understand that better. Or just replace the cryptic Commissioners notes with the time last processed.
Or ultimately, you can make the World office tab adjustable like you did the forums.
