Need New Ownes For Single Season Progressive Topic

I need two new owners for this long running progressive league started by just4me in the 1969 season and now entering season 20, the 1988 season.

The same basic rules of most progressives except all owners are forced to try as win as many games as possible even if they're not close to the playoffs.

In a nutshell, draft position for the 1st round only, is decided by most wins per team salary. It's important to draft some cheap guys who can play.

The new owners can cut more players if needed for the upcoming private forum draft.

Draft Rules

Purpose/History:
This league has been using a salary based formula for 16 seasons to determine the draft order. The old commissioner, Just4me, was pretty good at the sort of stuff and had a complicated system using standard deviations, weighted averages and about ten other things I didn't understand. The overall purpose was to give the teams who won with the least the highest draft pick.

New Formula:

Wins divided by total salary

The lowest value gets the best pick.

Addendums:

1. The AL teams will have there total salary reduced by 4%. Since the AL teams need to pay for more PA and IP (because of the DH) they shouldn't be punished.

2. The total salary will be defined as "total salary at game 151 (EDIT CHANGED FROM 120)". A teams total salary cannot be decreased by more than 10% from the starting salary. Teams can trade away as much of their salary as they'd like but their # can only by x- 10%.
