Dunno if this was covered in the other threads but -

When starters foul out, the sim needs to stop putting guys in to back them up who aren't even listed on the depth chart for that position because:

a) they are not even 100% at that position
b) there are 2 or 3 other people on the depth chart who can and should be put in before them to play the position
c) they have another position to play
d) all of the above
