I searched but could not find the thread with this info.

What is the number of HV/CV needed to overcome a 1/3 letter grade of prestige? 

I know someone's done the math....

Its depends how many the other guy puts in.  I would guess that a 1/3 grade is worth something between 10% and 40% multiplier.

So if he put in 10 home visits you need to put in 11 to 14 to win.
