I took over one of his teams and noticed that all he did was hand out back loaded contracts to BAD players, play it out for a season and leave the mess behind. I was thinking maybe he did this just to one franchise, until I went and looked at his history, and he has done that to EVERY team he has taken over. He had 30 seasons and 0 playoff appearances and has ruined multiply franchises for seasons to come.
