I am bidding on this IFA and I want to know what I can realistically expect from him.

I was hoping someone could give me good examples of guys with similar offensive ratings and the stats they`ve produced so I can use that as a gauge for what this guy is worth to me. Thanks.

I don't have a comp for you, but FWIW, In a neutral park, I'd look for about .280 / .360 / .380.

A SS that projects near the top of the league in fielding that can actually hit, has some speed and good durability & health?  I would say he is worth whatever you can afford, possibly your whole budget if you are drafting late in the 1st round

How old is this IFA? He looks like a good fielding SS and a decent hitter now - how close he gets to the superb defensive SS and above average hitter depends on how old he is (among other things).

Get him.  He's already a MLB SS...with one or two seasons of improvement he'll get close to projections.

Most IFA guys really have no chance of getting to the majors.  This guy will and will be durable.  Spend all you can on him unless you're loaded at SS for the next 7 or 8 seasons.
