quick recruiting question about promised minutes Topic

I'm in a recruiting battle that I am willing to do anything to win. I already promised him a start and some minutes. He has a stamina of 69 with high potential. My question is what is the max amount of minutes I can promise him without really pushing it and also being able to keep him to "fairly fresh" in games?
Basically, how many minutes would he play if he started and stayed "fairly fresh"? What if he started and was set to "getting tired" or "tired"?

Generally I don't go higher then 20 just because 25 on a FR is pushing it. 15 is my comfort zone, but I will role with 20 here and there.

How much he can play at fresh etc depends on the sets you run. Fb/press probably lucky to get over 20. Zone could get over 25.

one way to up his minutes is if you have a cupcake coming up, take everyone else off the depth chart at his position - unless he fouls out he'll get the minutes, but he'll be tired and the guy he's on will score a lot, make sure its a team you can beat 4 on 5...if you can get him 30+ minutes it'll help average out all those 17s...

Obviously playing him like this will really up his chances of injury, but if he's injured he won't complain or leave come end of year because he didn't get the starts/minutes I promised him right?
