Do you differentiate between multiple levels of AC email - one saying near max, one saying at max - or not?  I don't, but I know some people do.

Cornfused I have always looked at both of those emails as meaning they are just a few points from being maxed. When I get these emails I usually drop there practice minutes in that department to about 3-5 points.

I have always assumed one message was equal to another similar one. If my player can improve in other areas, I set him at 5, and if he can't I usually set him at 8 to get the extra point out of him. I've been told lp/per need less time and ft needs more time to maintain the level so I take that into consideration as well.
