I am a B+ prestige D3 school.  I notice there are a couple of guys I had my eye on that are being considered by D+ Sim teams from D2.  What would it take to snag these guys away or should I not even battle for them?

In my experience, if they are being considered by DII schools and you are a DIII school, you will have zero chance of landing them.

Agree with tyber. I'm sure there are exceptions, but I'd advise letting them go and spend your time and money elsewhere.
