I lost an exhibition game last night to another team by the score of 70-67; however when I checked the box scores, one of my  bench player went 3/4 from the field and 2/3 from the 3pt line. That should  be 12 points, right? But he was only given credit for 8 pts. If he had been scored correctly we would have won the game. This is not the first time that I have noted such errors. Has any one else had this experience, and what should we do when this happens?

This is not true. Ladd went 2-3 from 3pt range and 3-4 for the game. His 3pt counts in his FG% as well. So, he went 2-3 from 3 and 1-1 from 2. 6 pts from 3. 2 pts from 2. 8 total points.

1calloway is correct. The field goal statistics include both 2- and 3-point attempts.
