Question on scholarship moneys -DIII Topic

As soon as season 45 begins in Naismith I might want to rescind a scholarship in order to bring in an additional recruit. My question is: will My program receive $3,000 for recruiting season 45 or would I have to leave the scholarship open for a season before getting the money.

You won't get any extra money if you rescind. You'll have the same budget and 1 more spot to fill with it. If you took a walk on you'd get the money next year
