FCP Fatigue in the New Engine Topic

Do folks think that an 8 man rotation can effectively run FCP under the new engine?

Assume average stamina is around 86.

Doubt it.  You may have individual games where everything goes right, but I think more often than not you'll have serious fatigue issues either because the opponent will run uptempo on you, or one of the 8 gets in early foul trouble and throws the entire depth chart out of whack.

if by effectively run you mean they can effectively run the team into the ground, then yes.

No chance with 8....9 would be doable with an all slowdown season.    Assume every opponent goes uptempo, and someone gets into foul trouble each game....it would be bad.

I think one could do it with 9, assuming that players 10, 11 and perhaps 12 are freshmen who start the year sucking badly in IQ and therefore screw up but play some minutes and learn.....if you mean literally walkons in 9, 10, 11, 12 slot then I think that example gets destroyed - if they are freshmen who have ability but lack IQ then you may survive
