What's it generally take to steal a recruit from simmy?

Depends on prestige, open scholarships for sim, and if it is a top target or not. Could be over 30k, could be less then 10.

Furry's right, although I will say (not confirmed by science) that I think it got harder to steal from a Sim with the new engine. Maybe I'm wrong, but as a C school at D1 last recruiting period, I had to spend decent money to knock off D- and D Sims from my primary targets.

Prestige basically equal, sim needs 7, has four considering, and recruit is *very* solid on the sim school. Any rough guesses on how much it would take to pry him loose? I already have about $12k into him.
