I was wondering how much Coaching actually affects player development? I have 3 good pitching prospects sitting in triple A, but my pitching coach in AAA only has a rating of 69 when it comes to pitching. I'm not sure if this is going to hinder their development. My pitching coach at the ML level has a rating of 86. Here are the three players in question:

Jensen's projections are, 80 stam, 87 con, 90 LhB, 98 RhB, 85 vel, 87 1st pitch, 74 second pitch
Gomez's projections are, 72 stam, 82 con, 79 LhB, 83 RhB, 96 vel, 91 1st pitch, 80 second pitch, 70 third pitch
Lee's projections are, 71 stam, 91 con, 65 LhB, 73 RhB, 41 vel, 78 1st pitch, 87 second pitch
