I have one solid ML pitching prospect (Tom Messmer ) on my Hi-A farm team about a third of the way through the season. I'd like him to be in the majors the year after next. My question is this: my best minor league pitching coach is in Hi-A (they all have 75-76 ratings, but this coach has the highest patience and discipline ratings by far.) Am I better off leaving the kid in Hi-A to take advantage of a good coach, or would he benefit more from spending the second half of the year in AA, with a less disciplined coach? (I have yet to figure out how meaningful these ratings are.)
