I just redshirted a JR. Bad move apparently (ya live and you learn, I suppose). His work ethic has now plummeted and hes still my 3rd best SF.  Hes not a player I recruited and hes not going to see playing time this year.  Should I rescind his Scholly and use it to bring in a freshman or what?

If you take off the redshirt his WE will return to normal.  If he really sees no minutes as a Jr., he may transfer.  If you rescind the scholly, you get no additional money.
