given that i don't know which side you think is better, i'd say no.

Player A looks like a AAAA guy and Player B looks like he could be a #3 starter for a good team.
If Player B belongs to an inexperienced HBDer, it looks like noob rape to me. Player A probably has a high OVR despite his lack of usefulness at the ML level.

Im more then half retarded and I can see that it is unfair.

Over you pretty much summed up my problem with the deal. I think he will be a little better then a AAAA guy but I have the luxury of projections. IMO he is in no way worth a #3 (possibly 2) starter. The funny thing is both parties think it's fair, and the one who is losing isn't really a newb, although I would argue that jus bc he has 2 years of experience he is still a newb...

Player A will be a decent multi-positional sub.  Not great defensively anywhere, but can help plug in at all the corner spots.  Player B will make a very solid back of the rotation starter w/ a 92 patient rating that translates into a guy that will likely always be willing to resign.  The guy getting player B is getting the better end of it, by a large margin, but if it is addressed and the guy giving up B is happy and doesn't have an "oh ****" moment when its pointed out that he's getting hosed, then I wouldn't veto it (unless I thought there was something shady going on.)  Sometimes people need to learn from their mistakes, and I'm guessing the guy sees A's projected overall higher than it should be, as well as his defense and thinks he's getting a very solid 3rd base starter for a middle to back of the rotation starter.

yeah, i think i value player B a lot less than people seem to.  but no, i wouldn't consider vetoing this for a second.

Lost in this conversation is two things...
1) Player B is just starting his third year, so he should get slightly better.
2) Player A needs to fully reach those defensive projections to have value as a sub at corner spots.  Those projections were based on 14ish scouting when I drafted him and I really really doubt he reaches those totals.

I do think that he might need to learn that overall rating isnt the end all be all of trades.  Player A projects to low80s, Player B is a 75
