Just wondering if anybody knows what happens when you have 2 outstanding offers to 2 coaches for the same position?

  I've got 2 offers on the table to fill my low A pitching coach position. I have 1 offer to a low A coach for 200k and 1 offer out to a RL coach for 90k. They both want to accept the offer. Which coach would get the position? Is there any logic as to why?

I believe that the the first coach to accept gets the position, but if im wrong I would be greatful if somebody would correct me.
