Surely I am not the only one but, I am listed as being overqualified at ever DII job and "lateral" or not qualified at DI.  I just want a job.  What do I do as I was turned down by three lateral DI jobs and have one spot left

Overqualified just means that you'll take a huge loyalty hit...at least that's what it says on the player's guide

I figured that's what would happen, if your goal is to just get any job just take a D2 job, and if you're talking about Tark go for the Mid America conference :-). We have a bunch of money and are always #1 or #2.

The Lone Star would be a much better choice.  The Mid America has a bunch of medicore to average coaches at best.  See KMason above  (Mason, you know I'm kidding, my friend)!  :^)
