Looking for some coaches to move up from D3, laterally from an empty D2 conference, or down from a dead end D1 job.  We currently have 6 coaches in the conference and we would like to fill up this season and beyond.  There are a few teams that have nice core parts and a few that a coach could come in and bring in a solid class and get into conference contention right away.  I would link the teams, but I have no clue how and I am typing this with my boss (brother) lurking over my shoulder!

I would have moved up except I wasn't qualified for any D2 jobs. Maybe a few more winning seasons and I can erase those 2-26 and 3-25 seasons to qualify for D2.
