No - he'll continue to practice.  If he had come to campus as a non-qualifier in DI or DII, he wouldn't be able to practice.  If he fails during the season, he will still be able to practice, although he won't play.

I saw his stats grow after today's game and realized he can still practice. Good thing he got the RS, I guess.
