I am not an expert, but you had some guys playing at very tired with 12:00 to go in the game.  Every player on the team was very tired with 6:06 left.

Well, the first thing that comes to mind is your Shooting guard situation:  Your starter fouled out in the first half and then HIS backup fouled out almost immediately.  Meaning you were down to position number three and four on your depth chart for SG. . meaning it was likely robbing other positions in your depth chart to fill the gap, and that could have played some merry hell with your substitution patterns in a sort of cascade effect? And then even THAT player picked up his third foul and kept going in and out of the game.   Shooting guard was robbing from other positions on your depth chart, meaning either those positions were also robbing other positions or getting very tired?  Where on the depth chart were Daniel Johnson and Burch originally?  Looking at the play by play I would guess it was robbing PG and SF, and both of those players in the play by play were getting exhausted. In the first half the players were getting a little tired, but I would guess that rapid fire decimation of your depth at SG had a ripple effect that made the problem that much worse int he second half.

well, the obvious things from the box score and PBP are fouls/TOs-- when Peach somehow managed to foul out in the first half (which I've never seen before in 1000s of games-- may want to fiddle with aggressiveness settings) and someone else had 4 in the first half, you played most of the second half with 2nd/3rd stringers, and very tired. Then you turned the ball over a ton (19 times in second half alone).

Not sure how much of it was justified, not going in-depth to analyze teams/individual matchups, but the foul settings are something i'd look at if i were you, especially running press.

Wow, I guess I hadn't realized that both of my SGs fouled out...I saw that Peach did, but looking just now and seeing that Murphy played 8 minutes...wow.  I don't think I have anyone else on my SG depth chart than those 2....maybe Burch, but I guess the fatigue factor playing fastbreak/fcp down 2 men and in relative foul trouble, I guess the result starts to make a lot more sense.  We went like 8 or 9 minutes without a FG in the 2nd half...ouch.

I do have them all set to "normal", but it will be something I certainly look into going forward, thanks.

Taking a look at your roster, part of the problem is the defensive ratings of Peach and Murphy - with a 22 and a 14 D in a press defense, you are going to get allot of fouls out of those two, and having them be the only two players on the depth chart at that position, the scenario might crop up again.  At the least at that position, I might consider putting Peach to 'Less aggressive' on his foul settings - and add a third player to the depth chart so you can control who comes in if it happens again.

If they're all set to normal, then you definitely need to add at least a 3rd, and maybe a 4th, SG to your depth chart. That's part of the issue-- there's nobody to put in, and the SIM won't go off your depth chart until it's all unavailable (fouled out/injured).

Interesting, thank you all.
